Little Village T&C’s: Terms and Conditions
Read the Little Village terms and conditions before booking a private party, school or nursery hire, or public play session. This guide explains how bookings are confirmed, when payment is due, what happens if plans change, and the responsibilities guests have during play. 🎈
Private party, school and nursery hire
For private hire, your booking becomes a contract when you complete the booking form and pay the 25% deposit through the booking platform. The remaining balance is due at least one month before your event. Hire covers up to two hours; additional time is charged at £50 for each 30-minute period.
- If you cancel more than one month before the event, the deposit is retained and other payments are refunded.
- For cancellations less than one month before the event, Little Village will try to rearrange or transfer the booking. A £50 administration charge applies if a new date or provider is secured.
- Where Little Village hires the venue, guests must follow the allocated start and finish times, remove rubbish and get approval before bringing extra décor or entertainment.
- Where you hire the venue, you are responsible for arranging and preparing suitable premises and sharing relevant venue rules in advance.
Public play session bookings
Public sessions last one hour and 15 minutes. Payment is required in full when booking. Bookings are non-refundable if you cannot attend, but you may transfer to another available session through the booking system at least 24 hours beforehand. If Little Village cannot run your session, you can choose another session or request a full refund.
Guest responsibilities and play safety
Parents and carers must supervise children throughout private hires and public sessions. Follow staff instructions, use equipment safely, keep food and drinks away from play equipment, and do not attend if you or a child is unwell. Public sessions are limited to 25 children; check your booking details for the applicable private-hire limit. 📋
For private hire, an adult must remain present during setup, the event and pack-up. Tell Little Village at least seven days ahead about other entertainment, such as bouncy castles. Photo or video consent must be obtained from anyone featured; . Personal belongings remain the owner’s responsibility.
